1. Subscription Options

We offer flexible payment plans to suit your needs:

Monthly Subscription (No Contract): Enjoy our services on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment.

Annual Subscription (1-Year Contract): Secure a discounted rate by committing to a full 12-month term, offering a lower overall cost compared to the monthly plan.

2. Month-to-Month Subscription

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Services will be stopped immediately upon cancellation.

Charges for the Current or Last Month: Due to third-party payment processing, you may still be charged for the current or last month of service. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

Compensation for Additional Charges: If you are billed after cancellation, we will provide one complimentary month of service as compensation, ensuring you are not financially impacted.

3. Annual Subscription (One-Time Payment for the Year)

Cancellation: You may cancel within the first 5 days of your initial payment for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Loyalty Program: Lock in your current rate for the entire subscription period. If you choose to renew, you’ll have the opportunity to continue at the same price—subject to minor adjustments for inflation and operational costs.

Price Increases: While we aim to keep our pricing competitive, annual subscription rates may slightly increase due to rising costs. However, we remain committed to offering high-value, affordable services.

4. Switching from Monthly to Annual Subscription

Switching Plans: You can upgrade from a month-to-month plan to an annual subscription at any time.

Payment Adjustment: When switching, the amount already paid for the current month will be deducted from the total annual subscription price. You’ll only need to pay the remaining balance to complete the upgrade.

Why Upgrade? Lock in your pricing and enjoy greater value by switching to an annual plan. Paying upfront for the year ensures a lower overall cost compared to staying on a monthly subscription.

5. Switching from Annual to Monthly Subscription

Switching Plans: If you're on an annual subscription, you may switch to a month-to-month plan only within the first 5 days of your initial payment. After this period, the switch cannot be processed.

Options After 5 Days: Once the 5-day cancellation window closes, your annual subscription remains active until the end of the term. At that point, you may choose to renew on a month-to-month basis for the next cycle. Mid-year switches from annual to monthly are not permitted.

6. Data Management and Service Termination

Secure Data Deletion: Upon cancellation, WebThrive Group will securely delete all your personal data in compliance with our privacy policy.

Processing Time: Data removal may take up to 30 days, depending on the type of data and services involved.

7. Additional Terms

Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, you must contact our Sales Team via email at or through an authorized channel. Cancellations are not final until confirmed by our team.

Policy Updates: WebThrive Group reserves the right to modify pricing, terms, and service offerings at any time. Subscribers will receive prior notice of any changes.
